In case of any problem, if orders don't arrive on time, products are damaged during shipment, or you are dissatisfied with our products, you can complain at our help center. If your product or our service have any problem, we will help you. If your request meets the conditions of our store policies, we can offer you a refund.

FREE & EASY RETURNS

Returns and replacements are easy and free of charges on Mayas. But it has several conditions. For further information on the detailed term, as well as on how to return your product, visit return and refund page and read conditions for returns.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Several conditions for the return of the product are

  • The product you purchased from Mayas must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products you purchased can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, Mayas reserve the right to send it back to you.
  • The product must include the original tags. It should also have a user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
  • The product of Mayas must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging or box. If the product is to be returned in the second layer of Mayas packaging, it must be returned in the same condition. A return shipping label will be attached to the packaging. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers’ box otherwise, it would not be refunded.
  • To avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return it is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel.
